I recently worked with Don on the sale of three properties after my mother died. I found him to be easy to work with and very knowledgeable, not only regarding the value of the real estate, but how to market it and why certain offers were not as good as they looked. Don has many contacts and arranged some upgrades we needed to make. He says his favorite part is the negotiations and with one property he did manage to create a bidding war.

Result was as an extremely quick sale, and all the processing through escrow went exactly on schedule. Buyer in house before Christmas, as requested. Happy ending for everyone.
